He reduced his speed. Suddenly, five people with
machetes in their hands just came out from darkness.
They instructed him to alight from the car. One of

car. Any way, I thank God for my life”, the KORA

Nayo Returns to Nigeria
TJ on 07/17/2008 at 4:29pm (UTC)
Nayo, a soul singer, a Nigerian born based in the
United Kingdom has made up her mind to return to
Nigeria. The music industry is witnessing a boom like
never before because lots of Nigeria artistes
plighting their trade abroad have love for their
motherland. Perhaps as a result of 2-Face, D’Banj,
X-Project, 9ice success at home and on the
international scene without relocating abroad like
Majek Fashek, Raskimono and others. With each passing
day, more and more true talents are showing up,
claming more space in the crowded scene and chasing
pretenders away from the centre stage. Therefore,
Odunayo Abidoye, a U K based neo-soul singer who is
stunning fans and critics with materials from her
upcoming debut album ‘African Girl’. Nayo who signed
under Fryo Music an independent label in the U K has
done many jobs and ready to unveil it in Nigeria if
the information reaching us is anything to go by. In
case you don’t know Nayo, is the eldest daughter of
late pillar of sports ‘Prince Dokun Abidoye’. She is
ready to explode and will storm Nigeria couples of
days now according to her publicist.
