9ice laments over Jahbless exit

9ice goes to for performances, everybody asks of his
colleague, Jahbless whom they had performed together
at many shows. But nobody has been able to hint the
press the reason Jahbless quits. In addition, even the
MOBO award winner’s manager Oladehinde has not come
out to tell the press why Adigun longtime friend left
him suddenly.
Sources said the main reason Jahbless quits from going
to shows with 9ice is due to the international shows
9ice usually has but 9ice and his manager have never
walked up to him to say next show in London would
involve you. All you hear from Ola his, Jahbless, we
are sorry. The organizers did not have provision for
three people. Even to the extent that they go to nine
trips which includes London many times U S A and other
countries, Jahbless is not in all the trips. That is
the reason he decided to go on his own.
9ice is however lamenting that Jahbless is gone. When
Jahbless told 9ice on the phone that he will no longer
available whenever he calls him for shows,there was
tears in 9ice face. Jahbless let him understand that
he needs to pursuit him own musical career.Beside,
they are not group artistes,we gathered.

MTN Project Fame winner, Iyanya relocates

relocated.
The talented R&B singer who dropped two singles few
days ago has stepped up again. The indigene of Cross
Rivers State is now leaving a big life. Sources closed
to him revealed that he currently stays at Omole
Estate, Ikeja, Lagos. Addressing press at Marketing
Mix office, the PR consultant to the telecom giant
company, MTN, he stressed that he is ready to take
over the music industry. “Before MTN Project Fame,
nobody knows me. I thank God for everything. Some days
after then I suddenly became a star. I’m making
headlines in the newspapers. As my fans have confident
in me, I will never disappoint them. I’m working on my
album and dropping it in a special way is my priority.
So, I’m starting a new life “he said.
Findings added that Iyanya who slugged it out nine
others equally talented contestants at the Project
Fame house in Lagos recently. He is already teemed up
with T Y Mix, a producer who was one of the judges of
the competition.

MTV Pan-African Awards Beckons

one music channel in African at the moment, MTV will
come up this year.
Star track information revealed that this exciting
initiative designed to celebrate and champion the
continent’s contemporary music talent.
The unveiling ceremony took place at the prestigious
Transcorp Hilton Abuja last week. However, the
multiple awards winners, 2-Face Innocent Idibia was
the ambassador of the event. Rave of the moment, 9ice
was as well added colour to the event. “Speaking to
press, Adigun Akande Adegbola noted that this is a
good development. “We have been working hard to
achieve this together. If artistes are not there
working very hard in the studio, there is no content
for any entertainment programme. I believe this
development will create good image for our music in
Africa”, 9ice said.

D J Chascolee Ignites Rock Da Mic

was at his best on Sunday. Guess what happen? At the
talent hunt programme hosted in Options Night Club, he
was at his best. He dazzled the crowd from the kick
off time till the end. Rock Da Mic which was
originated by Asha, that hip hop singer, and was over
crowded by the current hip hop stars. Danny Young,
Terry G, and others were guests at the event.
Speaking with Asha at the event, he revealed that the
coming back of Rock Da Mic is for God. “ Rock Da Mic
has been held like three clubs in Ikeja. It is known
for development of hip hop stars in Nigeria. Timaya,
Soul E, Konga, Lineo and lots of them past through
this concept before they are well known. They are
stars and wealthy today. We are hoping to extend it
very soon.That is the latest Nigerian up coming
singers abroad will be part of the programme any
moment from now”, he concluded.

Denrele in Ghastly Accident

death. The prolific talkative on television was
reportedly involved in auto accident at Ikeja
penultimate week. Though no life was reported lost but
he had little injury. The funky and ex-University of
Lagos graduate was not able to make it to D’Banj album
launch due to the bad incident.
As the time Star track is filling this report, he is
still nursing the injurys.

been split every where by 2-Face Idibia fans all over
the world that the African Queen exponent was involved
in armed robbery attack. When the information got
2-Face’s brother Hycienth who was in Nigeria at the
time call reached him from United States Of America
that his elder brother was attacked by robbers. He
debunked the rumour. Immediately, he gave the phone to
his brother who just returned from Russia where he had
a musical tour. “It is a bad rumour. I’m healthy.
Nothing do me”, insiders revealed to what 2-Face said
